Supportive smells

Yesterday we talked very speedily on the subject of supporting teas, today it’s the turn of Aromatherapy.

im not an aromatherapist, but I do use this on myself. Namely - lemon smell or peppermint smell to wake me up, or to ground.

Rose to open my heart.

lavender for comfort and sleep And to calm.

Theres so many more aromas that can be used, and it is an interesting and varied subject.

Just remember you can’t use these in place of orthodox medicine. Complimentary means just that!
