It’s nothing to ashamed of if this worldwide situation is stressing you out. Hopefully this infographic offers a little assistance At this time.
My own suggestion is to limit your tv time, and be mindful of what you’re watching, so that you don’t get stressed any further.
Also, if you’re worried, speak to someone if you can. Let them know you’re feeling anxious.
If you’re one of the many people self - isolating, then remember that Skype exists! Talk to people online, or enjoy a good book (if you’re well enough) . I have heard of people spring cleaning whilst in isolation, or fixing things, or doing jobs they haven’t got round to.
